PanCare
PanCare is an European non-profit organisation working on equal access to optimal long-term follow-up care and improvement of quality of life for all childhood, adolescent and young adult cancer survivors in Europe. We are a multidisciplinary network of healthcare professionals, researchers, survivors and their families.
We work on our mission by developing and creating guidelines and reliable information, taking part in research projects, increasing awareness and collaborating widely withing Europe to exchange knowledge and experiences.
PanCare has broad experience with European research projects such as our own initiated projects, PanCareFollowUp, PanCareSurPass and PanCare4AYA as well as our participation in other projects as e-Quol and YARN.
What will be your job?
We are looking for a skilled Website Developer to join our team on a part-time basis (2 days/week). You will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and enhancing our website to ensure it meets the needs of healthcare professionals and survivors and their families.
You will:
- Maintain and update the PanCare website, ensuring content is current and accessible.
- Implement new features and improvements based on user feedback and organizational needs.
- Implement newly developed information from our European projects to inform survivors and healthcare professionals about survivorship and long-term follow-up care
- Ensure website security, performance, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with the communication team to integrate digital campaigns and resources and do something with brand identity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
What do you bring:
You have experience with web design and maintenance either by education or proven experience. You know how to attract people to visit the website and are able to form the website in a way it is accessible to all our stakeholders and they can find information dedicated to their needs.
Furthermore you
- Have roven experience in website development with wordpress, knowledge of HTML or other coding is a plus
- Have experience with SEO and analytics tools.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have the ability to remote working and online meetings (Zoom, Teams)
- Are able to work independently with support from the team
- Have Experience in Childhood cancer survivorship or being a childhood cancer survivor is a plus
- Peferably live in the Netherlands or Germany
What we offer
We offer a great opportunity to work together with many childhood and adolescent cancer survivorship experts in an international environment and learn about how survivorship care is organised in other countries across Europe. Our team consists of long term follow-up care specialists and childhood cancer survivors.
- Flexibility; You will work for 16 hours a week, consisting of some online meetings but furthermore you have flexibility to choose your hours.

- Starting date 01-01-2026
- A contract for 1 years with the option to extend for 1 year
- Salary depending on your experience and education Between €3000 and €3400 on a full time basis
- Pension at PFZW
- 5 weeks of holiday each year
