Here you can find the PanCareSurPass Implementation Toolkit. This Toolkit was developed within the EU-funded PanCareSurPass project to support the wider use of the SurPass across Europe.
What is the PanCareSurPass Implementation Toolkit?
The materials provided in the PanCareSurPass Implementation Toolkit provide an overview of what to expect and outlines key considerations for successfully implementing the SurPass in new clinics and new countries across Europe.
The Toolkit will allow implementation of the SurPass in different healthcare settings, once the re-certification of the SurPass by the new IT provider is completed. By incorporating materials from previous EU-funded projects, the Toolkit is relevant even for clinics where the immediate implementation of the digital SurPass is not yet possible.
Implementation of person-centred, long-term Survivorship Care is a key step toward improving the quality of life of survivors of childhood and adolescent cancer by enhancing surveillance and increasing awareness of potential late effects.
What is the PanCareSurPass project?
PanCareSurPass is an EU-funded project looking at how to more widely implement the digital Survivorship Passport (SurPass) to improve survivorship care for survivors of childhood and adolescent cancer in Europe. PanCareSurPass will develop, test and implement the SurPass in participating countries and will develop material to support implementation in other countries.
