Join us in Basel for the 32nd PanCare meeting from 23-25 September 2026, hosted by Katrin Scheinemann (Stiftung Ostschweizer Kinderspital) and Maria Otth (Stiftung Ostschweizer Kinderspital). The meeting will take place at Hotel Odelya in Basel (Switzerland) and is open to healthcare professionals, survivors, parents, researchers and everyone interested in survivorship care.

PanCare Basel will have an interactive programme with presentations covering various aspects of survivorship care. Topics will include updates on ongoing research, European grant initiatives, survivorship care in Switzerland, and recent developments within PanCare. All activities will take place at the meeting venue (Hotel Odelya). A preliminary programme will be made available soon.

? On Wednesday morning, 23 September 2026, educational workshops will be organised. There are limited spots, so please register for the workshops through the registration form.

Accommodation is possible at the venue, Hotel Odelya, or at other hotels in Basel. At Hodel Odelya, you can book a room at a discounted rate using the promo code “Pan-European Network” via hotel@odelya.ch. Please make your reservation no later than 30 June 2026.

With a confirmed accomodation reservation, you have access to a Basel Card which offers free travel on public transport as well as other benefits. The card will be issued to you upon check-in. However, you may already use public transport on your way to the hotel by presenting your accommodation reservation instead.

In the early morning of Thursday, 24 September 2026, there will be a fun run/ walk event. Participation is free and registration can be done through the registration form.

On Thursday evening, 24 September 2026, the PanCare Social Dinner will take place at werk8. The cost is €20 per person. Registration for the Social Dinner is required and must be completed via the registration form. If you have already registered for the meeting and would like to add a registration for the Social Dinner, please contact us at info@pancare.eu. The registration deadline for the Social Dinner is 15 August 2026 23:59 CEST.

We are looking for abstracts about projects, proposals, policy etc. regarding childhood and adolescence survivorship. The deadline for abstract submission is 15 June 2026 23:59 CEST.

Some stipends covering registration and accommodation fees are available for survivors and parents from low-income countries. The deadline for stipend applications is 1 June 2026 23:59 CEST.

A fee waiver can be requested by sending a personal email to info@pancare.eu explaining the reason you are applying for a fee waiver.

Free cancellation is possible until 22 August 2026. After that, no refund of the fee for the registration or the Social Dinner is possible. All payment details are provided in the registration form and in your registration confirmation. Participation can only be confirmed once payment has been received. Payments must be received by 22 August 2026; late payments will mean you cannot attend.
