Experts in pediatric oncology, survivorship care, and transitional healthcare provided valuable insights into the complexities of transitioning from active treatment to survivorship, emphasizing the importance of holistic care, long-term follow-up, and psychosocial support.

Additionally, the differences between pediatric and adult healthcare systems, along with practical tips for advocating for their healthcare needs as they transition into adulthood were shared.
