Did you know that 75% of the survivors of childhood, adolescent, and young adult cancer later develop health problems affecting their quality of life? Long-term survivorship care is important to minimize the impact of these late effects on quality of life. Unfortunately, the majority of survivors within Europe do not receive appropriate long-term survivorship care. In this video we share some insights about late effects and what we do in the EU-CAYAS-NET to change things for the better!
