We are excited to invite you to join us in Jahorina for the 31st PanCare meeting from 17-19 September 2025, hosted by Jelica Predojevic from the University Hospital Banjaluka (Bosnia and Herzeogovina) and Jelena Roganovic from the Children’s Hospital Zagreb (Croatia).
The meeting will take place at Hotel Termag in the Bosnian ski resort of Jahorina close to Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina). The venue is a luxurious 4-star hotel where modern meets traditional. It is located in the heart of Jahorina at 1550 metres above sea level, next to ski slopes. Surrounded by mighty trees and the dramatic mountains, the hotel is a real oasis of peace and comfort offering its guests a unique stay experience with numerous facilities and opportunities all year round. The venue has a conference hall with authentic design which offers high standards of service. The hotel is renowned for its exceptional gastronomy.
PanCare Jahorina will offer an interactive program featuring presentations on various aspects of long term follow-up and survivorship care, along with scientific updates on the European research grants and collaboration. All activities will be organised at the venue, Termag hotel. The program is designed to appeal to everyone connected to PanCare and those interested in these subjects. The preliminary program is now available. A full meeting program will be made available later.
On Wednesday morning, educational workshops with a focus on quality of life will be organised. These session are open to everyone. Registration is available through the registration form.
Practical information
Accomodation is possible at Hotel Termag or Hotel Lavina. Please note that these are official hotels. There are also many offers for private apartments in Jahorina. The organizer is not responsible for booking these apartments and warns that there have been several complaints about the accommodation conditions during previous events. Shuttle bus transfers between Sarajevo Airport and Jahorina are available at a rate of €20 per ride. Please provide your arrival and departure times at Sarajevo Airport, as well as your flight numbers, when registering via the registration form. In coordination with the shuttle service, we will organize shuttle bus transfers based on the submitted schedules. Transfers are guaranteed for participants staying at the official hotels and arriving or departing on the designated days (Wednesday and Friday). Outside these official dates, transfer availability depends on how many people are arriving or departing at the same time. Alternatively, individuals may choose to cover the cost of a transfer on their own for €60. We aim to accommodate all participants with transfer options whenever possible. However, if none of the above options are suitable, private transportation arrangements will be necessary. Please note that there is no public transportation between Sarajevo and Jahorina.
Breakfast is included in the room rates at the recommended hotels, Hotel Termag and Hotel Lavina. In addition, lunch will be provided by the organizers on Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, light snacks will be available before departure. A Social Dinner (for PanCare meeting attendees) will take place on Thursday evening at the rate of €40. Some accommodation stipends will be available for survivors and parents from low income countries. If you would like to apply for this, please contact info@pancare.eu, shortly introducing yourself and describing your reasons to apply for a stipend. Deadline for stipend applications was 31/07/2025.
Activities
In the early morning of Thursday, 18/09/2025, there will be a fun run/walk event. Registration for this activity will be taken on arrival.
In the afternoon of Thursday, 18/09/2025, there will be cable car ride to the top of the mountain (return by cable car or bobsleigh). Registration for this activity will be taken on arrival.
The Social Dinner will take place in the evening of Thursday, 18/09/2025. The price for the dinner is €40 per person for PanCare meeting attendees. Registration for the Social Dinner is availble through the registration form.

Registration
Registration can be done via the registration form. Payment for the meeting registration, transfers from/to the airport and the Social Dinner can be directed to PanCare via bank transfer. You can find payment information in the registration form or in your registration confirmation.
Free Cancellation is possible until 31/08/2025. After 31/08/2025 no refund for the meeting fee is possible nor is refund for the transfer and Social Dinner.
