Several years of clinical practice and rehabilitation camping gave strong motivation to work for the National Childhood Cancer Registry in etiological, clinical and epidemiological research and promote monitoring outcome, early and late effects. I was happy to be present at the foundation of Pancare in Lund, 2008 after experience in several international projects (Eurocare, ACCIS, Transexpo, PanCareSurfUp). In PanCareSurfUp we carried out data collection for the first pediatric long-term cancer survival study in Hungary. As member HUPON board and Erintettek Association I am actively involved in spreading information on survivorship and late effects. We organized a very succesful Pancare Budapest conference in 2022. After the event we founded the Later subgroup of HUPON to collaborate with each centre and Erintettek to improve care and provide online and paper-based information for survivors. We translated the first plain guidelines into Hungarian. In Equol project (2024-) we are working to adapt survivorship passport and psychosocial support app.
