Due to a malfunction in our membership management system some of our members have received an email to complete there registration at PanCare. As we have taken a new membership system into use we are finalising some settings. Every PanCare member has been transferred to the new website and thus is still registered. You will be able to login in to view your own membership credentials. If you want to do this it is necessary to request a new password. However it is not needed to request this password in order to complete your registration as stated in this mail.
In addition to this all members that have not paid their membership fees for 2021 yet will also receive an separate email with an invoice for the 2021 membership fee. We would like to ask you to read this mail with instructions how to pay your membership fee for 2021. If you have already paid your membership fee we will process this as soon as possible, if you have any questions about this please send an email to email@example.com.
During the last PanCare General Assembly it was decided that the fee for survivors, parents and (PhD) students will change to a fixed amount of €25 per year instead of an optional fee of €0,- to €75,- . If you will have difficulties with paying this fee please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org about this and we will see what is possible in your situation.
